CONGRESS MUST SUBPOENA THOMAS AND CROW TO GET TO BOTTOM OF CORRUPTION

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (April 13, 2023) — ProPublica today reported that right-wing billionaire and Hitler memorabilia aficionado Harlan Crow bought real estate from Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas at an inflated price and that Thomas hid the deal from public disclosure. In response, Take Back the Court released the following statement on behalf of its president, Sarah Lipton-Lubet:

“Congress must get to the bottom of Clarence Thomas’s financial relationship with Harlan Crow. Subpoena them both. Now.”
