PROGRESSIVE GROUPS URGE DEBATE MODERATORS TO ASK CANDIDATES ABOUT JUDICIAL REFORM

A coalition of progressive groups has sent a letter to the New York Times and CNN, co-hosts of the next presidential debate, urging them to raise the question of judicial reform at this week's event. In nearly fifteen hours of Democratic debates thus far, moderators have not posed a single question asking candidates to explain how they plan to protect their agendas from the Supreme Court.
